Collection: Return Policy

NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES WITH STORE CREDIT.

Once you receive a package if you wish to exchange an item you have 7 days to ship out your items for an exchange. Conditions of clothing must be unworn,unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Approved returns will be issued as store credit. We do not offer returns/exchanges on clearance items and accessories. To start an exchange email us at giseles.boutique1@gmail.com. 

Cancellation Policy

We are not able to cancel any orders once an order is shipped out. Please make sure you have correct size/product and please make sure to input correct address. We do ship fast, we ship items as quick as we receive orders. If your order has not been shipped out yet and you are requesting to cancel make sure to email us at giseles.boutique1@gmail.com. If you input incorrect information to your order and if your order has not been shipped out yet you still have time to correct information just make sure to email us!

If you wish to start a exchange make sure to email me at giseles.boutique1@gmail.com, please do not message me through instagram (I have been having issues receiving messages through insta). 

Once your products have been delivered to us for a return, please allow 1-2 days for us to inspect your item, then after we will issue you store credit that can be used on any item. 

Shipping 

Shipping is fast we always try to ship same day, on days the post office is closed we will ship within 3 business days. Once you place an order you should receive a confirmation email to the email you used to check out. Please email me ASAP if you need to change address so we can fix this for you.
